Miller's Row Development
22nd & Lamotte Sts. in Wilmington

Miller's Row consists of 7 new affordable townhomes on the corner of 22nd & Lamotte Streets in the Greater Brandywine Village district in Wilmington. These 7 new homes are made possible through a partnership between Habitat for Humanity of NCC, Greater Brandywine Village Revitalization (GBVR), the City of Wilmington, the Weed & Seed program, and the generosity of our sponsors.

On April 22, HFHNCC celebrated the offical groundbreaking of Miller's Row (pictured above) commemorating the diverse partnerships, our prospective homeowner families, and community partners including GBVR and Delaware Center for Horticulture. The ceremony commenced with a special community planting at the Village Garden, a public garden & park directly accross the street from Miller's Row.

Miller's Row is scheduled for foundations at the end of May, to begin construction in June.
