Grace Point , East Lake St, Middletown
We are concentrating our efforts on completing Lots 1, 4 and 6 and aiming for these three homes to be completed by end of June. Skilled finish carpenters are needed for interior work. Carpool opportunities are available.

Simonds Garden, New Castle
Roof trusses were installed by staff and volunteers on the two hottest days of the year so far. Shingles have been added to the roof, and brick work has begun on the duplex ranch homes. Volunteers welcome on site Tues – Sat. http://www.mapquest.com/mq/2-ePf1zavLQOsSf6XVv_FT

Phillips Park II (pictured) , Cade St, Wilmington
Building permit approved. Excavating to start in the next week or so. Will keep you posted on when volunteers are starting on site.
 

Terrace Green , A & Townsend Sts, Wilmington
Building permit is still delayed as new sewer layout had to be designed.

NSP homes
We’ve all been waiting to take possession of these homes. We’ve created a scope of work and are ready to go as soon as we go to settlement. These rehabs will require skilled Regulars to quickly turn them around. Will keep you posted. Webster Village  C, Wilmington
This duplex to be built on E 15th Street next to the completed Webster Village is now in the pipeline for a fall start date.
