Volunteer Opportunity: Rock the Block Ring Video Doorbell Distribution

Our Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County Rock the Block program is teaming up with Republic Services again to distribute Ring Video Doorbells throughout Northeast Wilmington.

Volunteers will be divided into groups of three and training will be provided.  You must be at least 21 years old to volunteer.

Tasks Will Include:  drilling, assisting with drilling, and explaining how the Ring Video Doorbell works.

Meeting Location:  Johnston Park in Wilmington

Time:  8am to 3pm (Lunch will be provided for volunteers)

Please arrive at Johnston Park by 7:45am for training to begin by 8:15am.  The Ring video doorbell installation will begin by 9am.

Amala Way I Dedication

Join us in celebrating four new homeowners at our Amala Way I dedication on the 800 block of Bennett Street in Wilmington, DE.

We will feature testimonies of Antonia, Lucinda, Marlise, and Nema and watch as they receive the keys to their new home for the first time.  We will have one of the Amala Way units open for dedication guests to tour.
