Wilmington, DE – September 5, 2025 – Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County (Habitat NCC) is proud to celebrate the dedication of Bennett Point II, another phase in a transformative new housing development bringing affordable homeownership opportunities to Wilmington’s Eastside. 

The dedication ceremony will take place on Friday, September 19, at 10:00 AM on the 900 block of Bennett Street, marking the completion of four additional new affordable homes that will provide stability, equity, and opportunity for local families. These homes represent a significant step in Habitat NCC’s ongoing mission to revitalize communities and expand access to affordable housing.
