Wilmington, DE – March 18, 2025 – Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County (Habitat NCC) is proud to celebrate the dedication of Bennett Point, a transformative new housing development bringing affordable homeownership opportunities to Wilmington’s Eastside.
The dedication ceremony will take place on Monday, March 24, at 10:00 AM on the 900 block of Bennett Street, marking the completion of four new affordable homes that will provide stability, equity, and opportunity for local families. These homes represent a significant step in Habitat NCC’s ongoing mission to revitalize communities and expand access to affordable housing.

This milestone is made possible through the support of key funding partners, including Congressional Directed Spending, City of Wilmington ARPA funds, Energize Delaware/New Ecology, Trinity Presbyterian Church, DSHA’s Catalyst Fund, and City of Wilmington HOME funds.
